Below are instructions on how to navigate to the Help Center of Graphium's Advanced Analytics platform, where we provide a description of each analytics dashboard and how we calculate the metrics.
- Login in to Graphium's Advanced Analytics platform (click here).
- You should be automatically directed to the Advanced Analytics homepage:
- If you are not directed to the homepage above, simply click on the Graphium logo in the upper left hand corner of your screen:
- The homepage also serves as the Help Center of Graphium's Advanced Analytics platform where we provide a description of each analytics dashboard and how we calculate the metrics within them.
- On the left side of the homepage, you will see a list of analytics dashboards for you to choose from based on your reporting needs:
- Simply click on a dashboard to review its description and how the metrics/data within are calculated:
- When you are finished reviewing the dashboard information, simply click the "Back" button to navigate back to the homepage.
