Troubleshooting Steps

- If you do not remember your username (Note: usernames are case sensitive) in order to reset your password, please click here for instructions.
- If you do not have access to the Graphium site and/or app, please contact your organization’s Administrator and request access. If your organization Administrator does not know how to grant access, please click here for instructions.
- If you are trying to reset your password but are receiving and error message, it is possible the Graphium app is outdated on your device. Please confirm you are using the latest version of the app from the Apple app store.
- If not, please update to latest version of the Graphium app and try resetting your password again.
