- Contact your organization's Administrator and ensure you have BOTH a user account with Graphium Health AND you are listed as an active provider for your organization. If you are already an active user and provider in the Graphium system, please proceed to the next step.
It is possible your organization's Graphium Integration Client (GIC) needs to be reset. Please contact Graphium Support and provide a description of the issues you are experiencing.
