Adding Providers

How to add providers to a facility

  1. Login at

  2. Go to Settings 


  3. Choose Providers

    Settings - Providers
  4. Confirm that the correct facility is indicated on the upper left dropdown menu

  5. Confirm that the provider does not already exist by entering their name in the search box.

    Search for Provider
  6. Chose the red button on the right, "+ New Providers "

  7. Fill in the fields with the provider info (NOTE: Please ignore "LOCAL PROVIDER ID")
