Onboarding - New Client
Complete and submit all necessary client information tasks, including but not limited to: Point of Contact forms, site surveys, service agreements, and MACRA participation information. Onboarding - Forms
Complete and submit all necessary form development tasks, including but not limited to: secure FTP or Fax setup, forms review meeting, forms testing, and forms finalization. Onboarding - Vitals and Integrations
Complete and submit all necessary integrations tasks, including but not limited to: integrations review meeting, integrations connection testing, and integrations finalization. Onboarding - Site Preparation
Complete and submit all necessary site preparation tasks, including but not limited to: testing barcode scanner functionality, on site equipment verification, onsite printer capabilities, onsite WiFi/internet capabilities, and installation of required Graphium software on all PCs, iPhones, and iPads. Complete all necessary training tasks, including but not limited to: training of providers or specified points of contact on how to successfully utilize Graphium's platform, ensure all questions/concerns regarding any of the above tasks have been asked and answered, and ensure your site and providers are ready for your upcoming onsite Go-Live event! Complete your Go-Live event with onsite help from Graphium's Onboarding Team. Note: Graphium typically joins your team for two days - either (Tuesday & Wednesday) or (Wednesday & Thursday), to help onboard your site and providers. We are unable to schedule your Go-Live event until all other above tasks are performed. - Post Go-Live
Complete any post Go-Live tasks and ensure all questions/concerns have been addressed, so that your site and providers can utilize Graphium's platform efficiently and successfully! Please direct all questions and concerns to the Graphium Support Team at support@graphiumhealth.com.
