Setting Up Reminders

Reminders automatically follow up with recipients who have not yet completed a survey.

To create a reminder

  1. Open your survey template and select the Reminders tab.
  2. Click Add Reminder.
  3. Set the timing: enter a number and choose a unit (Hours, Days, Weeks, or Months).
  4. Choose the trigger: After initial send (timed from when the survey was first sent) or After last opened (timed from when the respondent last opened it).
  5. Save.

Example: “Send reminder after 3 Days / After initial send” sends a follow-up three days after the survey first goes out, to anyone who hasn’t completed it. You can add multiple reminders to a single template.
