Publishing and Sending a Survey

Before you can send a survey, the template must be published. Publishing locks in the current design as the live version.

To publish

  1. Open your survey template.
  2. Click Publish in the top-right. The status changes from Draft to Published.
  3. The button becomes Unpublish, and an Edit button appears so you can make further changes.

To send a survey

  1. With the template published, click Send Survey.
  2. In the Send Survey dialog, add one or more Contact Methods: an email address and/or a phone number (for SMS). Use Add Contact Method to include more than one.
  3. Fill in any Survey Properties for this send (for example, Patient ID).
  4. Click Create Survey. You’ll see a confirmation that the survey was created successfully.

Each send creates a response record you can track on the Responses tab.
