Total Cases

  • Description: Count of total anesthesia cases.

Total Anes Mins

  • Description: Count of total anesthesia minutes for all included cases.
  • Formula: Summation of Anes End Time - Anes Start Time for all cases where Anes Case Type = Non-Labor case.

Total Labor Minutes

  • Description: Count of total labor anesthesia minutes for all included cases.
  • Formula: Summation of Anes End Time - Anes Start Time for all cases where Anes Case Type = Labor case.

Total Surgery Minutes

  • Description: Count of total labor anesthesia minutes for all included cases.
  • Formula: Summation of Surg End Time - Surg Start Time for all cases.

Case Type

  • Description: Shows total count breakdown of all Non-OB vs OB cases in a pie chart.

OB Case Type

  • Description: Shows a total count breakdown of all OB cases in a bar graph which has 3 options:
    • Labor Only
    • OR Only (eg Scheduled C-Sections)
    • Labor to OR (eg Stat C-Sections in laboring patients)

Surgical Specialty

  • Description: Pie chart showing total count breakdown of all cases by surgeon of record’s specialty.

Cases per Day

  • Description: Total case volume shown per day for given search range according to Date of Service value stored on form.

Facility Case Count Table

  • Description: Total case counts at all available facilities with organization as set by filters.

Anes Provider Case Count Table

  • Description: Total case counts for each individual Anesthesia Provider.

Surgeon Case Count Table

  • Description: Total case counts for each individual Surgeon.

Case Detail Table

  • Description: Shows each anesthetic case, including an assortment of case specific information.
  • Data Elements: Encounter Number, Facility, First Name, Last Name, Anes Prov, Surgeon, Form Title, Day of Surgery, Anes Start Date/Time, Anes Ready Date/Time, Surg Start Date/Time, Surg End Date/Time, PACU Arrival Date/Time, Anes End Date/Time, Form Hyperlink, Anes Mins, Anes Ready Mins, Surg Prep Mins, Surg Mins, Emergence Mins, Epid Mins.
