Managing Users and Roles

Manage who has access to your workspace under Settings > Users. The User Management table lists each user’s Name, Email, Role, and Status.

Available roles

  • Survey Designer
  • Survey Viewer
  • Workspace Admin
  • Workspace Manager

To invite a user

  1. Go to Settings > Users.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter the person’s Email Address (required).
  4. Select a Role (required).
  5. Click Send Invitation.

To change a user’s role

  1. Click the edit (pencil) icon on the user’s row.
  2. The email is shown read-only; select a new Role from the dropdown.
  3. Click Update Role.
