Improvement Activities Table of Contents

Traditional MIPS is one way for eligible clinicians to collect and report data to MIPS. This involves participating in activities that enhance clinical practice. Keep in mind that requirements may change yearly due to policy updates. Below is a list of the improvement activities Graphium supports.

Tracking of clinician’s relationship to and responsibility for a patient by reporting MACRA patient relationship codes
