  1. If you are unfamiliar with how to upload billing code data for MACRA compliance on the Graphium dashboard, please click here for instructions.
  2. Are you receiving the following error message "THERE WAS AN ISSUE LOADING THIS CONTENT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" ? If so, you may not have the appropriate user role in the Graphium dashboard. Please contact your organization's Administrator and request your user role for Graphium's dashboard be changed to one of the following for billing code upload capability:
  • Organization Administrator

  • Facility Administrator

  • Scheduler

  • Provider Administrator

  • Provider

3.     If you have one of the above user roles and/or you were previously able to upload billing

        code files but now you cannot, please contact Graphium Support.
