How to Use and Subscribe to the Graphium Health Status Page
The Graphium Health Status Page is the single best place to see whether Graphium is running normally, whether planned maintenance is coming, and whether an issue we are aware of is currently affecting service. It is where we post first, before anywhere else, and it is where we send notifications to everyone who has subscribed.
We strongly encourage every customer organization to have at least a couple of people subscribed. That way your team knows about planned maintenance ahead of time and hears about any outage the moment we post it.

Why This Page Matters
A public status page is the standard across the SaaS industry. Nearly every software platform your team relies on runs one, for a simple reason: it is the fastest, most reliable way to tell a large number of customers what is happening, all at the same time, from one source of truth.
For Graphium, the status page is the first place we post. When we schedule maintenance, when we are investigating an issue, and when something is resolved, it goes here first, and the notifications to subscribers go out from here. Our support team works from the same information posted on this page. Email to support@graphiumhealth.com is always welcome and we want to hear from you, but by its nature it moves a little slower than a subscription alert that fires the moment we post.
This is also why the status page is worth a bookmark. If your facility is having trouble reaching Graphium, one of the first places to check is the status page. In a matter of seconds you can tell whether the issue is on our side or something local to your facility:
- If there is an incident or maintenance posted, that is very likely what you are experiencing, and the fastest way to get updates is to be subscribed.
- If everything shows operational and you are still having trouble, the issue may be local, for example a network or device problem at your facility, and you may even be the first to notice something. In that case, please do reach out to support so we can look into it.
Either way, you come away knowing more than you did a minute earlier.
What You Will See on the Page
The status page shows the live status of each part of the Graphium platform, along with 90-day uptime history. The components we monitor are:
- Mobile Services
- Dashboard Portal
- Integration Services and Gateway
- Advanced Analytics
- Vital Sign Integration
When all is well, you will see All Systems Operational. If we are working an issue or running maintenance, you will see it called out at the top of the page, with timestamped updates as the situation develops and a final note when it is resolved.
How to Subscribe
Subscribing takes about a minute and uses a simple two-step confirmation so we know the address is valid.
- Go to graphiumhealth.statuspage.io.
- Click Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner.
- Enter your email address.
- You will receive a one-time confirmation code by email. Enter that code to confirm your subscription.
That is it. From then on you will get an email whenever we create, update, or resolve an incident, and whenever we schedule maintenance.
A tip: notifications come from Statuspage on behalf of Graphium (the sender is noreply@statuspage.io). It is worth adding that address to your contacts or safe-sender list so the alerts do not land in spam.
Other ways to subscribe
Email is the most common choice, but the same Subscribe to Updates button also lets you receive updates through:
- Slack, if your team wants alerts posted to a channel
- X (Twitter), by following @GraphiumStatus
- RSS / Atom feed, if your team already aggregates status feeds
Pick whatever fits how your team already works.
Our Recommendation
Have at least two people at each organization or facility subscribed, ideally a clinical point of contact and someone on the IT or administrative side. We make this same recommendation during onboarding. It is a small step that pays off the first time there is planned maintenance or an unexpected issue, because your team hears about it early and directly rather than finding out at the worst possible moment.
If you have any trouble subscribing, or you want help getting the right people on the list, reach out to us at support@graphiumhealth.com and we will walk you through it.
