Below are instructions on how to update a provider's information (i.e. name, NPI, specialty, etc.) in the Graphium EMR Dashboard.

Login to the EMR Dashboard at https://app.graphiumemr.com

Click on the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner.

Choose "Providers" from the pop-up menu.

Confirm the correct facility is indicated in the upper left dropdown menu.

Search for the provider you wish to update by entering their name in the search box:

Click on the red pencil icon next to the provider's name under the "Actions" column:

A pop up window will appear with the provider's current information. Make changes to any of the fields listed and then click "Save" in the bottom right corner.
- The provider's information should now be updated.
