[Graphium EMR Dashboard™](https://help.graphiumhealth.com/dashboards?hsLang=en#graphium-emr-dashboard) # How to Update Provider Information Below are instructions on how to update a provider's information (i.e. name, NPI, specialty, etc.) in the Graphium EMR Dashboard. 1. Login to the EMR Dashboard at [https://app.graphiumemr.com](https://app.graphiumemr.com/) 2. A pop up window will appear with the provider's current information.
