- If you do not remember your username (note: usernames are case sensitive) in order to reset your password, please contact Graphium Support.
- If you do not have access to the Graphium site and/or app, please contact your organization’s Administrator and request access. If your organization Administrator does not know how to grant access, please click here for instructions.
- If your Administrator has already emailed you a new user invitation, but you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
If you do not see the user access invitation in your SPAM folder, please contact your IT department to ensure they have not blocked the email. Note: the email should be coming from the following sender with the following Subject line:
Subject: Invitation to Graphium Health
If your IT department has not blocked the email, please contact Graphium Support.
