Configuring Survey Settings

The Settings tab controls the framing and lifecycle of your survey.

  1. Open your survey template and select the Settings tab

  2.  Configure the survey settings as needed

    1. Survey Opening Text: A message shown to the respondent at the start of the survey.
    2. Survey Closing Text: A message shown after the respondent completes the survey.
    3. Review Link: A link respondents can be directed to (for example, to leave a public review).
    4. Survey Expiration: How long the survey stays open after it is sent. Set a number and choose a unit: Hours, Days, Weeks, or Months.





  3. Enter your values and save your changes.
