(7) Adding Facilities to a User

Below are instructions on how to add facility access for a current user.

1. Login at https://app.graphiumemr.com

2. Click on the settings icon in the upper right hand corner.

   

3. Choose "Users and Invitations" from the pop-up menu.
   

4. Search for the applicable user by typing in his/her name in the search box.

5. Locate the correct user in the list, and click on the gear icon to the right.

   

6. Choose "Facilities" from the popup menu.

7. Click within the dropdown menu and select all facilities for which you want the user to have access.

   

8. When finished, click the red "Update" button in the bottom right corner.
