How do I add a Google review link to my patient survey?

Send patients to your Google review page right after they complete a survey.

Graphium Surveys can display a review button to patients right after they finish a survey. This is a good way to get review requests in front of patients who just had a good experience, instead of only hearing from the ones who had a bad one.

The review link is set per survey template, so each template can point to a different review page.

Before you start

  • Workspace Admin access to Graphium Surveys
  • The URL of the review page you want patients sent to

To get your Google review URL, open your Google Business Profile, click Ask for reviews, and copy the short link Google gives you. It will look something like https://g.page/r/YOUR-CODE/review.

Steps:

1.Log in to Graphium Surveys and click Surveys in the top navigation.

     2. Click the survey template you want to add the review link to.
     3. Click the Settings tab.
     4. Scroll to Review Link.

     5. Paste your review URL into the field. It must be a valid HTTP or HTTPS URL.
6.Click Save Settings in the upper right of the Survey Settings panel.

That is it. The next time a patient completes that survey, they will see a review button on the completion screen.

Using different review pages for different groups

Each group has its own survey workspace, and the Review Link is set separately in each one. Setting it in one workspace does not affect any other, so if you manage more than one group, log in to each workspace and set the Review Link there.

Within a workspace, the Review Link lives on the individual survey template. So if one workspace sends surveys for more than one facility, you can point each facility at its own review page by using a separate template for each.

For example:

Survey template Review Link
Facility A Patient Survey Facility A Google review URL
Facility B Patient Survey Facility B Google review URL

If one template is currently being used across multiple facilities, all of those patients will go to the same review page. To split them, you will need separate templates.

Good to know
  • The review button appears after survey completion, not as a link inside the survey invitation email or text.
  • The field is optional. Leave it blank and no review button is shown.
  • Changes apply going forward. Surveys already completed are not affected.
  • Test it first. Send yourself the survey, complete it, and confirm the button lands on the right review page before rolling it out to patients.
